Description
On March 9th 2013, reopened the famous Gam brinus Brewery on the ground floor of Hotel Cismigiu.
With a capacity of 150 seats, it serves Heineken beer (inclusive, of course Gambrinus) and various dishes, including “patricians†(= some grilled sau sage of minced beef), traditional pies or Viennese schnitzel.
The place is designed to remember the interbellum period, to recall Caragiale’s bar from 1901, even if the original was then opposite the National Theatre.
The design is strictly linked to the history of Gambrinus breweries and their connection with Caragiale family and the character of King Gambrinus.
Responsibility: sound installation.
